I am not in-network with any insurance companies by choice, nor do I partner with large, venture capital-funded tech platforms like Amazon Health, BetterHelp, Talkspace, Grow Therapy, or Headway. My practice is not shaped by algorithms, corporate metrics, recorded sessions, or oversight from tech companies.

Instead, our work is centered on a real human relationship—one that’s built on trust, collaboration, and ongoing dialogue. We’ll explore together what’s helpful, what’s not, and how we can adjust to meet your evolving needs. This includes open conversations about session frequency, length, and whether it may be time to shift, pause, or bring in additional resources.
